Job Summary: We are seeking an electromechanical technician for preventive and corrective maintenance in a food company, managing equipment and ensuring cleanliness and order. Machine adjustment and calibration, and cold plant supervision We need to hire an electromechanical technician for a food industry company located in Roda de Berà. Main responsibilities will include carrying out scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, as well as tracking assigned work orders. All interventions must be recorded in the maintenance management system, strictly adhering to procedures and food safety documentation. The technician will also be responsible for controlling and maintaining tools and equipment, ensuring workshop cleanliness and order, and complying with Good Manufacturing Practices. The position involves machine adjustment and calibration, cold plant supervision, spare parts and material organization, and performing repairs and modifications on facilities. The technician will maintain refrigeration equipment filters and electrical panels, and conduct daily monitoring of chlorine levels and other parameters of the water treatment plant. Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Sunday, with rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), operating from 06:00 to 22:00, with legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 2 years’ prior experience in similar roles within industrial or food environments. * We seek a versatile and proactive individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Fluent spoken and written Castilian Spanish and/or Catalan. Higher or Vocational Training Degree (GM/GS) in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechanics, or related field.
