Our headquarters are located in **Lleida**, and we have branches in **Tarragona, Barcelona, and Zaragoza**, supported by a **team of over 250 professionals** committed to security and excellence. **WHAT WE NEED** ------------------- The candidate will join the **Projects and Engineering Department**, initially performing tasks mainly related to the **technical office and project support**, with progressive evolution toward project management and construction site leadership as expertise and industry knowledge are acquired. Key responsibilities include: * Preparing **budgets, proposals, and security assessments** for projects. * Acting as the **technical liaison with the commercial team**, analyzing each client’s needs and providing technical support during solution definition. * **Managing and coordinating technical staff** assigned to various installations and maintenance works. * Preparing **certifications, reports, and technical documentation** associated with projects. * **Designing, interpreting, and drafting technical drawings**. * Providing technical follow-up and support for projects from the office, coordinating with all involved teams. * Other **support and collaborative tasks within the Engineering Department**. As the candidate gains **experience, autonomy, and understanding of project operations**, they will progressively assume greater responsibilities, potentially evolving toward **autonomous construction site management**. In this second stage, responsibilities may include **planning and monitoring construction works, supervising and coordinating personnel, managing materials and suppliers, controlling costs and deadlines, and overseeing overall project execution**, acting as the site manager and ensuring proper implementation. #### **Minimum requirements:** * Engineering degree. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Valid driver’s license (Class B). * Prior experience in the security sector or similar roles will be valued.
