The selected candidate will provide support in supplier management, delivery note and invoice control, order tracking, and stock control, contributing to the smooth functioning of the department. \- Management and registration of delivery notes. \- Processing and tracking of orders. \- Control and coordination of deliveries. \- Invoice registration. \- Stock control and inventory updates. \- Performing administrative tasks specific to the procurement department. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Prior administrative experience within the procurement area * Spanish (intermediate spoken and written) * Catalan (intermediate spoken and written) * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Education in administration, logistics or related field (preferred). \- Proficiency in office software, especially Excel and Outlook. \- Strong organizational skills, sense of order, and ability to work in a team. \- Good communication and negotiation skills. * Permanent employment contract * Part-time position (25 hours \- weekly schedule) * Additional information: \- Part-time contract of 25 hours per week. \- Salary according to collective agreement. \- Job stability and a positive work environment.
