INTERIOR DESIGNER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IN FURNITURE STORE

Space design and furniture layout consulting, creating proposals tailored to each client's needs and preferences. Preparation of technical plans, renderings, and visual presentations using software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3D Max, or similar. Preparation and follow-up of detailed budgets, ensuring clarity and transparency in every project. Invoicing and basic administrative management, including preparing invoices, tracking payments, and coordinating with the accounting department. Coordination with the workshop and installation team to ensure quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. Maintenance and updating of the store’s showroom, paying attention to details so it reflects the latest design trends. Collaboration in social media management and communication, if of interest, helping promote visibility of our projects. Contributing ideas to improve processes, both creatively and administratively, always striving for service excellence. * Experience: 2 years. Previous experience in interior design and/or customer service within the furniture sector will be valued. Basic knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD or similar.
