Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** ACCIONA, within its Service division, is selecting a Proposal and Tender Technician to join the Central Delegation team.**Position Description** Mission: Collaborate with and support projects undertaken by your unit/department, in accordance with guidelines provided by your supervisor, to execute assigned tasks required to meet project needs. You will be responsible for preparing the proposals submitted by the company to its clients. You will determine the price and deadline for delivering the work—key elements that become legally binding contractual obligations throughout the execution and final settlement of the work. You must immediately identify all tenders issued in the market within the company’s scope of activity and select those suitable for bidding. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Study the service project to be tendered, analyzing in detail the tender specifications and other technical documentation (financial solvency, eligibility requirements, administrative documentation). * Contact subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations and prepare the project budget. * Prepare necessary technical documentation (reports, drawings, specifications) for the tender, and coordinate with administrative staff to compile the remaining submission documents. * Visit, when necessary, the facilities where the service will be delivered, to gather information for inclusion in the proposal. * Conduct commercial outreach as required. * Know and comply with the Quality, Prevention, and Environmental Management System, as well as those specific to your trade and position. * Maintain knowledge of, and stay updated on, the tender management databases and software applications currently in use. **Candidate Requirements** REQUIREMENTS: * Technical Engineering degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification. * Minimum of four years’ prior experience in service companies performing similar tasks: drafting technical reports, analyzing tender documents, feasibility studies, etc. * Prior experience in proposals and/or tenders within the service sector: cleaning, facility maintenance, auxiliary services, etc. * Knowledge of the business. * Advanced proficiency in office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, etc. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore strive to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment so that everyone can participate on equal terms.
