We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant at ALAMEDA DE OSUNA School in Madrid. What will your responsibilities be? Under the supervision of the kitchen manager, you will assist with: + Daily menu preparation: food preparation, washing, slicing, peeling, chopping, cutting, mixing ingredients. + Serving dishes on the line during cafeteria service. + Unpacking and storing supplies in refrigerated chambers and storage areas. + Managing batch numbers and expiry dates, plus partial kitchen cleaning. + Washing, disinfecting, and storing plates, pots, pans, cutlery, and other kitchen utensils.
