The main mission will be to formulate, implement, justify, and conduct technical and budgetary monitoring of assigned projects, as well as identify new funding opportunities to achieve the organization’s strategic objectives. CESIDA promotes equal opportunities and especially encourages applications from people living with HIV, women, and individuals belonging to minority or vulnerable groups. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** End-to-end project management: Formulation, implementation, technical monitoring, budgetary control, and evaluation of assigned projects (public and private). Technical and documentary justification: Preparation and management of technical reports and documentation required by funding entities. Funding identification: Researching public and private calls for proposals, and collaborating in the design and implementation of fundraising strategies. Coordination and network engagement: Coordinating collaborative work with CESIDA’s member organizations, and supervising the methodological quality of projects implemented by its associations and mediators. Other activities: Supporting cross-cutting initiatives organized by CESIDA. **JOB CONDITIONS** Contract type: Permanent (following probationary period). Working hours: Part-time (30 hours per week). Work modality: Partial telework / Hybrid format. Salary: Between €18,001 and €24,000 gross per year (pro-rated for 30-hour workweek / according to the organization’s salary scale). Start date: Immediate hiring (planned start date: 01/09/2026). **Profile:** Minimum education: University Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (preferably in Social Sciences, Political Science, Public Administration, or related fields). Professional experience: At least 2 years in a similar project management role. At least 2 years in project design, monitoring, technical justification, and budgetary control. Prior experience in training-related projects. Languages: Advanced English (spoken and written). Digital tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and collaborative and Web 2.0 tools. Key competencies: Organizational and planning skills, proactivity, ability to manage work under deadlines, capacity for networked collaboration and teamwork. Desirable qualifications: Experience managing international cooperation projects. Demonstrable knowledge and experience in the field of HIV and AIDS.
