The values guiding us toward excellence are collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust. **What do we value?** * More than **5 years of experience** as a **Senior DevOps \& Backend Engineer** in production environments on **AWS**. * Solid experience with **ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, and CloudFront**, and deploying workloads in **Docker containers**. * Experience with **Infrastructure as Code** (Terraform and/or CloudFormation). * Experience building **CI/CD pipelines**. * Backend development and APIs using **Node.js** in production. * Knowledge of **monitoring and observability** (Datadog, Dynatrace, CloudWatch). * Experience in **product-oriented agile teams** and international environments. * Strong proficiency in **Linux, networking, and cloud security**. * **English level B2/C1**. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Design, build, and operate **cloud-native infrastructures on AWS**. * Develop and maintain **backend services and APIs in Node.js**. * Create and improve **CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments**. * Integrate **DevOps practices** to improve reliability, security, and performance. * Enhance **observability, incident resolution, and system health**. * Collaborate with product and architecture teams in a **LeSS environment**. **Additionally, we highly value experience and/or knowledge in:** * **AWS certifications**. * **Multi\-region deployments**, **DR**, and **blue/green strategies**. * AWS security and **cost optimization**. * **On\-call**, incident management, and operational automation. * **Python**, **AWS Lambda / Glue**, and **microservices architectures**. * Event-driven architectures and API design (plus frontend: React/Next.js). **And with us, you’ll enjoy:** Permanent Contract **100% REMOTE** Internal training and access to certifications.
