If education and innovation are your passions—and you want to be part of a project driving the future of talent—we’re looking for you! **Responsibilities of an Academic Coordination Xtarter** * Academic area development: adapting the educational academic model to the IT sector, creating a distinctive model versus competitors; reviewing and validating academic content. * Implementation of training cycles: launching cycles according to requirements defined in the academic model. * Participating in defining and selecting the most suitable teaching staff and academic heads. * Establishing relationships with external communities and partners that add value to the training cycles. * Quality assurance: ensuring teaching and academic quality standards across cycles by analyzing feedback from instructors, students, companies, and other stakeholders. Content must be developed within the regulatory framework established by Spanish Vocational Training (FP) law. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related fields. * Professional experience in the TECH sector. * Knowledge of Vocational Training (FP) and its regulatory framework. * \+ 2 years’ experience managing academic operations in the TECH area. * Language: English B2 **Life at XTART** We are a growing team focused on high impact.
