We are part of **VULCAIN ENGINEERING**, an international French engineering group with a multisectoral focus, operating across key infrastructure and energy domains. We are currently seeking a **Senior Pharma Project Manager** with a solid track record in managing engineering projects within the **Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences sector**, possessing strong technical leadership and management capabilities, and experienced in handling complex **pharmaceutical plant projects**, with a highly selective approach. Location: **MADRID** **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and coordinate assigned engineering projects from inception to completion (from design phase through execution/commissioning), ensuring adherence to time, quality, and cost (CAPEX) milestones. * Serve as the direct point of contact with end clients (pharmaceutical laboratories), managing expectations, scope changes, and contingency resolution. * Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams (processes, utilities, automation, civil works). * Ensure all project deliverables and phases strictly comply with sector-specific regulations (GMP, local safety regulations, etc.). * Budget control and continuous reporting to the Operations Management team. **Minimum Requirements:** * University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical or related field). * Minimum 6\-8 years of experience as a Project Manager autonomously leading engineering projects **exclusively within the Pharmaceutical (Pharma) or Biotechnology sector**. (Proven experience in this sector required). * Strong management capability, client orientation, and resilience.
