ABOUT THE POSITION MISSION The mission of this area is to lead implementation and partner relationships, supporting the commercial team in deploying the value proposition. It is also responsible for organizing cross-functional teams to work efficiently and rigorously, accelerating delivery into production, aligning with the target operating model and preventing production incidents. RESPONSIBILITIES Support for the Implementation Team's tasks * Use collaborative tools and assist other teams in using them * Task management/tracking via SharePoint and during daily team meetings; alerting on management issues and supporting resolution to meet deadlines * Compliance with SLAs and operational incidents * Support in preparing Implementation Team committees * System configuration * Requesting and tracking “four-eyes” reviews from Accounting, Claims, and Back Office departments * Collaborating with the Back Office team on the IG action plan regarding the four-eyes process (working group, execution of agreed actions, visibility into these actions, issue alerts, and problem resolution) REQUIREMENTS Education University degree or vocational training qualification Experience * Minimum 2 years’ experience in data management (ingestion & analysis) * Activity management and reporting Languages * Spanish and English (B1–B2) required * Portuguese is a plus COMPETENCIES Technical * Windows 365 (Excel including Macros, PowerPoint, SharePoint, email, etc.) * Agile methodology (nice to have) Cross-functional & Behavioral * Continuous improvement * Open and objective communication * Knowledge of the insurance business * Methodical work approach & attention to detail * Incident identification and escalation * Time self-management and continuous improvement BENEFITS * We operate under a hybrid work model called Smart Working, allowing you to work 50% from home and 50% onsite with your team. * Our working hours are flexible year-round.
