Cloud Observability Engineer

We are seeking professionals with at least 3 years of experience operating observability/monitoring in Cloud and hybrid environments (AWS/Azure/GCP and on\-prem), with a focus on automation and AIOps/NoOps. Key Responsibilities Operate and provide L2/L3 support for platforms (Dynatrace/Datadog/Zabbix and/or similar) and perform troubleshooting and incident resolution tasks. Design/operate telemetry pipelines (metrics, logs, traces, OpenTelemetry) and synthetics (HTTP/API/network). Define alerts, dashboards, workflows, and runbooks. Knowledge of orchestration for auto-remediation (Lambda/Azure Functions/RunCommand/Webhooks) is desirable. **Integration with ITSM (ServiceNow/Jira):** creation/update/closure of tickets and enrichment (CI/impact/priority). War\-rooms, post\-mortems, and continuous improvement. Availability to perform on\-call shifts and standby duties. Required Qualifications Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent. **Certifications:** Dynatrace/Datadog. AWS/Azure/GCP Associate-level cloud vendor certifications and Terraform Associate (003\) certification are desirable. Scripting knowledge (Python/Bash) and CI/CD (GitLab/GitHub/Azure DevOps) are desirable. Kubernetes (EKS/AKS; Helm/DaemonSet), Ansible, Splunk (HEC), and integration knowledge (CrowdStrike/Nozomi) are desirable. AIOps (anomaly detection, correlation, noise reduction) and NoOps (monitors\-as\-code, auto-discovery, guardrails) knowledge is desirable.
