Your main responsibilities will include: * Managing and tracking incidents and tasks related to the **3DEXPERIENCE platform (SLA\-driven).** * Receiving, performing functional analysis, and diagnosing errors in 3DX modules. * Performing basic configuration of functionalities, roles, rules, and processes within the 3DExperience environment. * Supporting users in design processes, change management, configuration, and PDM/PLM workflows. * Continuously monitoring the IT landscape associated with 3DX. * Creating, updating, and maintaining technical and operational documentation. * Reporting KPIs and proposing improvements. **Requirements:** * Solid knowledge of ***3DEXPERIENCE*** **(3DX)**. * Desirable: experience in component design, change management, configuration, and *PLM* processes. * Initial experience in technical support or application support. * Basic knowledge of PDM/*PLM*. * Experience with monitoring tools. * General knowledge of operating systems and tools such as MS Office, Google Suite, JIRA/Confluence. * Interest in IT environments, analytical ability, customer orientation, fluent communication, and technical curiosity. **Languages:** * High level of English, preferably C1\. * High level of German is also valued.
