If you possess in-depth knowledge of **Labor Law and Collective Bargaining**, and proficiency in official platforms (Sistema RED, SILTRA), we invite you to join our team. **Core Responsibilities: Comprehensive Personnel Management** The Labor Consultant will serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all matters related to human resources and socio-labor legislation: * **Payroll and Social Security Processing:** * Monthly calculation and preparation of payrolls, extra payments, and settlements (final settlements). * Preparation and submission of social security contributions via the **Sistema RED and SILTRA**. * **Hiring and Official Procedures:** * Drafting and managing all types of employment contracts, extensions, and contractual modifications. * Managing registrations, cancellations, data changes, and temporary disability reports (IT) with the Social Security Administration. * Preparation of withholding tax forms (Model 111 and 190\). * **Strategic Advisory Services:** * Addressing daily client inquiries concerning collective agreements, working hours, leaves, and permits. * Supporting clients during labor inspections and managing employment regulation procedures (ERTE/ERE). * Maintaining up-to-date personnel files for the assigned client portfolio. **Essential Candidate Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum **3\-5 years** of recent and demonstrable experience as a Labor Consultant or Graduate in Social Work within a professional firm or consultancy. * **Education:** University degree in **Labor Relations and Human Resources** (*Graduate in Social Work*), Law, or a related field. * **Legal Knowledge:** Advanced mastery of current Spanish labor legislation, including frequently applicable **collective agreements** (e.g., metal industry, commerce, offices and professional firms). * **Tools:** Expert-level proficiency in **Payroll Software** (e.g., A3nom, Nominasol, Sage) and fluent operation of Social Security platforms (**Sistema RED, SILTRA, Contrat@**). * **Skills:** Strong organizational capacity for meeting fixed deadlines (payroll closures), attention to detail, and excellent client service skills. **Employment Conditions** * **Contract Type:** Permanent position with an **Indefinite-Term Contract** (*contrato indefinido*). * **Professional Development:** Integration into a specialized team offering continuous professional development support in legislative matters. * **Compensation:** Competitive salary commensurate with technical expertise in labor consulting.
