Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to comprehensively manage automobile accident claims, coordinating with repair shops and appraisers, applying agreements, and analyzing liability. Liability analysis and insured customer service At **Saretec**, we handle claims for various insurance companies and seek a professional who masters the language of automobile insurance and can confidently interact with repair shops, appraisers, and other companies—as well as skillfully operate multiple platforms: **Your daily responsibilities with us:** * **End-to-end claim management:** From opening the claim report through to closure and indemnity payment. * **Agreement application:** Processing files under the **CICOS and ASC** (Direct Compensation System) regulations. * **Key liaison:** Direct coordination with the network of repair shops, external appraisers, and roadside assistance services. * **Liability analysis:** Determining fault based on the Traffic Regulations and police reports. * **Insured customer service:** Clearly informing clients about the status of their vehicle repair or the assessment of "total loss". * Issuing reports. * Supporting daily office operations. **What do we require from you?** * **Proven experience:** At least **2** years handling automobile accident claims (insurance company or broker). * **Technical and language proficiency:** Familiarity with claims management platforms and fluency in English (mandatory for daily use). * **Negotiation skills:** Ability to advocate for both the company’s and the client’s interests when dealing with third parties. * **Empathy and resilience:** Capacity to manage stressful situations and dissatisfied customers following an accident. * **Desirable:** Knowledge of Audatex and the personal injury compensation scale Employment type: Full-time Salary: €22,000.00–€25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Intensive working hours during summer * Intensive working hours on Fridays * Training program * Optional remote work Language: * English (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
