The values guiding us toward excellence are collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust. **What do we value?** At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Consultant / Automation Specialist: * Experience automating processes and infrastructure using **Ansible Automation Platform**, including creation and management of projects, templates, credentials, surveys, and automation workflows. * Proficiency in **scripting with Ansible and PowerShell**, focused on automating operational tasks, system administration, and retrieving information from corporate environments. * Experience in **Windows and Linux server administration**, including installation and management of PowerShell, Python modules, and associated automation tools. * Knowledge of **Office 365 and PowerShell-based automation**, especially for extracting and managing data from Microsoft 365 services\. * Experience with the **Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana)** ecosystem for data management, processing, analysis, and visualization. * Familiarity with **AWS cloud environments**, and hands-on experience in platform or technological solution migrations to the cloud. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams. **What would your responsibilities be?** * **Infrastructure and Process Automation:** Design, develop, and implement automations using Ansible Automation Platform to optimize operational processes and improve the efficiency of managed services. * **Cloud Platform Migration:** Actively participate in migrating the automation platform to the cloud environment, ensuring operational continuity and proper adoption of new AWS architectures. * **Informational Use Case Development:** Define, develop, and deploy various use cases tied to the information system, enabling data exploitation and analysis from diverse sources. * **Systems Administration:** Manage Windows and Linux environments, performing configuration, maintenance, and installation of components required for automation and monitoring. * **Script-Based Automation:** Develop scripts in Ansible and PowerShell for automated task execution, information collection, and corporate service management. * **Data Management and Observability:** Configure Logstash data ingestion pipelines, manage Elasticsearch indexes and queries, and build dashboards and reports in Kibana for tracking operational information. * **Multidisciplinary Collaboration:** Work closely with infrastructure, operations, cloud, and business teams to identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement. **Additionally, we highly value experience and/or knowledge in:** * AWS and cloud architectures oriented toward infrastructure and service automation. * Advanced features of Ansible Automation Platform (Workflows, Automation Controller, Execution Environments, etc.). * PowerShell-based automation and administration of Microsoft 365 environments. * Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana) in enterprise monitoring and analytics contexts. * Advanced administration of Windows and Linux systems. * Python applied to automation and integration tasks. * Experience in technology transformation, cloud migration, or platform modernization projects. * Certifications related to AWS, Ansible, or Elastic. * Experience working with agile development and project management methodologies.
