Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** ACCIONA, through its Facility Services division, is selecting an intern for its Madrid office. **Job Description** Do you want to take the leap and become a future Services Manager or Facility Manager? At ACCIONA, we seek young talent eager to learn and grow within a dynamic and demanding environment. We offer you a training project where you will acquire all the skills and knowledge required to lead operational teams. **What you’ll do during the 6-month internship:** You will rotate through the following departments in our business to gain familiarity with key processes, preparing you to perform the duties of a Services/Facility Manager within our operations: * HR and Labor Relations: deepen your understanding of absenteeism data, training initiatives, and application of labor regulations. * Occupational Risk Prevention: gain firsthand knowledge of occupational health and safety plans, risk identification, and prevention audits. * Business Development: support commercial activities with existing clients, analyze opportunities, and propose continuous improvement initiatives. * Tender Department: collaborate on technical and economic studies, prepare proposals, and understand procurement processes. * Legal Department: learn about contractual obligations, applicable regulations, and management of legal incidents related to various services. * Finance Department: receive training in budgetary controls, analysis of income statements, and participation in monthly closings. What do we offer? After completing the rotational onboarding, you will begin your 6-month operational stage, participating in a leadership-focused training project for operational teams. You will assume key responsibilities such as supervising audits, monitoring KPIs, managing documentation, procurement, and coordinating resources.
