Administrative management of large-scale multi-position processes. **Number of Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental fields, seeks to hire 1 Administrative Assistant for Large-Scale Selection Processes in Madrid. **Work Location** -------------------- * Community of Madrid **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Support and verification of data in selection processes, as well as internal quality control. * Database maintenance, registration, and cleansing. * Telephone and email inbox support for inquiries specific to the Unit. * Other administrative support tasks within the Personnel Selection Management Department. * Performing necessary administrative management for large-scale multi-position processes. * Digitally routing, handling, and archiving documentation required for large-scale multi-position processes, ensuring its reliability and compliance with the company’s internal regulations. * Administrative support to Selection Bodies in large-scale multi-position selection processes. * Scheduling meetings on virtual platforms and tracking participant attendance. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request supporting documents for information declared in the application, or to request additional information from the CV, at any stage of the process, whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Higher Vocational Training (FP II) or Higher Education Cycle in Administration (accredited qualification in Spain), or academic and/or professional experience of at least 6 months as an administrative assistant. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, data filtering and sorting) (to be verified during technical assessment). **Merit-Based Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Additional Meritorious Factors** * Academic and/or professional experience of at least 3 months performing administrative tasks in Human Resources departments. * Academic and/or professional experience of at least 3 months performing administrative tasks in selection departments, including support duties such as information registration and documentation archiving for large-scale selection processes. * Proficiency in digital/office tools such as OneDrive, Word, PDF, and Outlook (to be verified during technical assessment). * Academic and/or professional experience as an administrative assistant in private and/or public sector companies. * Professional-level proficiency in videoconferencing and/or calling platforms (Webex and/or Teams) (to be verified during technical assessment). **Observations** ----------------- * Offered: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 9 months, if applicable. + Full-time schedule.
