**TASKI Floorcare Engineer** The **TASKI Floorcare Engineer** is the vanguard and the face of technical excellence toward the customer. This role is responsible for revitalizing, maintaining, and enhancing TASKI’s innovative floor cleaning machines. This position merges hands-on field action, premium customer service, operational discipline, and unshakable technical mastery to ensure equipment performs at peak efficiency, minimize downtime, and guarantee flawless results. Key Responsibilities Field Service & Technical Support * **Maintenance and Repair:** Commission TASKI machines for Solenis customers, always prioritizing safety protocols and correct use of PPE. * **End-to-End Customer Experience:** Deliver premium service to both internal and external customers. * **Problem Solving:** Resolve complex technical challenges at lightning speed to minimize machine downtime. * **Remote Innovation:** Adopt, champion, and train others on remote diagnostic and troubleshooting tools. * **Continuous Evolution:** Upgrade your technical superpowers by attending training sessions to master the latest TASKI models. Operations and Administration * **Inventory Management:** Control stock in your van, spare parts, and equipment to ensure a high **First\-Time Fix** rate. * **Strategic Planning:** Plan your routes like a pro to maximize daily productivity. * **Salesforce Mastery:** Keep the platform up to date with spare parts, pending jobs, and schedule updates. * **Global Updates:** Read, understand, and execute all Global Technical Support communications precisely. Requirements and Qualifications * **Experience:** Minimum **3 years** of technical experience, including at least **2 years in mechanical engineering** (prior experience with floorcare equipment is a strong plus!). * **Full Independence:** Ability to operate autonomously, manage schedules, and take initiative with a solution-oriented mindset. * **Detail Obsession:** Micron-level precision in both mechanical repairs and administrative reporting. * **Customer Focus:** Absolute passion for service excellence and for proudly and professionally representing the TASKI brand.
