Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Process Engineer to optimize processes, improve quality and efficiency in industrial environments, supporting continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. The selected candidate will optimize production processes, contributing to continuous improvement in cost, quality, and efficiency. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties: * Supporting the production manager in analyzing and resolving operational needs. * Standardization and improvement of manufacturing processes. * Development of improvements in cost, time, and quality. * Management and monitoring of technical databases. * Promoting occupational safety and health and compliance with regulations such as IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001\. * Interdepartmental coordination to drive continuous improvement projects. * Implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). * Mechanical Engineering training. * 3–5 years of experience in industrial environments, with automotive sector experience preferred. * Intermediate-to-advanced English level (B2\-C1\). * Automotive sector experience is desirable. * Organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
