JOB DESCRIPTION – React Native Mobile Developer Location: Madrid (Spain) **Entity:** Competency Center & Digital Factory **Contract Type:** Permanent (CDI) / Freelance (to be adapted) Context & Environment Within the Competency Center and Digital Factory, you will join a dynamic, agile, and international team dedicated to designing and developing innovative, high-value digital solutions. You will actively contribute to building high-performance, user-centric mobile applications in a product-oriented environment, with a strong culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities Mobile Development Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native Implement fluid, performant, and pixel-perfect UI/UX interfaces Ensure iOS / Android compatibility Architecture & Quality Participate in front-end architectural decisions (modularization, scalability) Establish and maintain sound development practices Guarantee code quality (unit testing, code reviews) Agile Collaboration Work using Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) Performance & Optimization Optimize application performance (loading time, responsiveness) Address memory and rendering issues Ensure application maintainability and scalability **Technical Stack Framework:** React Native, React.js **Languages:** JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript **State Management:** Redux / Zustand / Context API **Tools:** Git, GitHub / GitLab, CI/CD **Testing:** Jest, React Testing Library **Mobile:** Xcode, Android Studio **APIs:** REST / GraphQL Required Profile Education & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Computer Science or equivalent Minimum 2–5 years of experience in mobile or front-end development Technical Skills Strong expertise in React Native Good knowledge of iOS and Android environments Experience integrating APIs Strong sensitivity to performance and UX Soft Skills Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills Autonomy and rigor Ability to thrive in an international environment Professional English required (Spanish is a plus)
