The ideal candidate will have solid experience in data governance and in implementing and operating data platforms in large-scale enterprise environments. ***Responsibilities:*** * Design, implement, and manage secure and scalable cloud-based data platforms, with a special focus on Databricks Unity Catalog. * Configure, automate, and enforce policies in Unity Catalog. * Manage metadata, data lineage, and cataloging. * Apply data access patterns, RBAC/ABAC models, and cloud data security best practices. * Integrate CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Python, and SQL. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile (Scrum) environments. * Resolve complex issues and support business teams in platform adoption. ***What we offer:*** Stable project with high technical level. Flexible working hours and remote work. **Requirements:** --------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field. * More than 5 years of experience in data platform engineering or data governance in large-scale enterprise environments, including experience with Collibra. * More than 1.5 years of hands-on experience with Databricks Unity Catalog, including configuration, automation, and policy enforcement. * Experience with Azure DevOps, Python, SQL, and CI/CD tools. * Strong knowledge of metadata management, data lineage, and data cataloging. * Advanced knowledge of data access patterns and cloud security. * Fluent English, both spoken and written. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum). ***Preferred qualifications:*** * Knowledge of Bash, Azure CLI, or PowerShell. * Prior experience in highly complex enterprise environments.
