Your responsibilities will include: ### **Project Management** * Comprehensive planning, coordination, and monitoring of industrial or technological projects. * Management of scope, risks, costs, resources, milestones, and deliverables. * Application of predictive and agile project management methodologies. * Proficient use of planning and reporting tools. ### **Contractual and Financial Management** * Full contractual oversight, including milestones, conditions, deliveries, and regulatory compliance. * Economic control of the project and analysis of deviations. ### **Team Leadership and Coordination** * Leadership of multidisciplinary teams using situational leadership. * Conflict resolution, stakeholder negotiation, and results orientation. ### **Interaction with International Clients** * Fluent and transparent communication with international clients and collaborators. * Alignment with program or unit strategy. ### **Defense Environment (Desirable)** * Contribution to projects under **ITAR/EAR** regulations, international contracts, and collaboration with defense agencies. * Knowledge of industrial suppliers in the sector. **What are we looking for in you?** ------------------------ Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the criteria — go ahead and apply!
