If you seek growth within an international, innovative, and continuously evolving environment, ALIANDO is your place. **What profile are we looking for?** We seek a candidate comfortable working hands-on with infrastructure daily—automating, deploying, and resolving real-world issues in cloud environments. **Key responsibilities include:** * Deploy, configure, and maintain Azure infrastructure in production environments. * Automate provisioning and configuration changes using Terraform. * Operate and maintain AKS clusters on a day-to-day basis. * Manage deployments, incidents, and continuous improvements across the platform. * Monitor systems, analyze metrics, and respond to performance or availability issues. * Collaborate with development teams to facilitate deployments and improve CI/CD pipelines. * Implement continuous improvements to existing infrastructure. **Minimum Requirements:** * Practical experience working with Azure in real-world environments. * Strong proficiency in Terraform (daily usage, not just theoretical knowledge). * Experience operating AKS (deployments, troubleshooting, maintenance). * Ability to diagnose and resolve production issues. **Nice-to-have:** * Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor). * Experience working with CI/CD pipelines. * Scripting knowledge (Bash, PowerShell, Python). * Experience in DevOps or SRE environments. **What we offer:** * Permanent employment contract directly with our company. * Compensation package: Base salary + performance-based variable pay. * 100% free medical and dental insurance. * Remote work + expense reimbursement. * 25 paid vacation days annually—and additionally, December 24th and 31st, plus the afternoon of your birthday, are fully off! * Defined career development plan. * Training program: technical certifications and individual language classes. * Access to flexible compensation schemes. * Internal events and much more!
