We are currently seeking to hire a waiter/waitress for our Employment Training Center Division who wishes to join this project. **Your Mission:** You will be responsible for managing the cafeteria at our main headquarters in Vicálvaro. **Your Responsibilities:** * Prepare the cafeteria before service, including restocking items for sale, baking, and preparing food products. * Serve customers at the bar, ensuring high-quality service and an excellent customer experience. * Comply with and ensure compliance with current hygiene and food safety regulations. * Organize and manage the warehouse, guaranteeing correct product rotation using the FIFO system. * Handle cash receipts and payments when the Cashkeeper system is not operational, ensuring proper cash control. * Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure smooth cafeteria operations during service hours. * Report any incidents related to facilities, equipment, or product stock. * Maintain impeccable cleanliness and permanent order throughout all cafeteria facilities. * Perform any other duties assigned to you. **What We Offer:** * Working hours: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. * Salary: €18,000 gross per year, paid in 14 installments. * Location: Vicálvaro. * Immediate incorporation. **Requirements:** --------------- * Intermediate Vocational Training Certificate in Hospitality and Catering. * Level 2 Professional Certification in the Hospitality and Catering field. * One year of experience in similar positions. * Disability certificate (desirable).
