Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Madrid, performing preventive maintenance tasks, resolving incidents, and managing systems. Key Points: 1. Professional growth opportunities We are a company operating tourist and corporate apartments, with presence in Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga, Milan, Rome, Venice, and Turin. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team across multiple buildings in Madrid. Responsibilities: · Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure proper operation of facilities. · Resolve various reported issues from Reception, Housekeeping, and Management. · Document and manage external maintenance services. · Document alarm systems and their operation. · Create and update the Maintenance Logbook. · Train other staff on inspection and operation of various systems and maintenance panels (boilers, smart home systems, lighting, etc.). · Manage and organize spare parts inventory. · Monitor building consumption (water, electricity, gas). · Assemble supplementary beds, cribs, and high chairs. · Compile a list of top suppliers for various materials and tools. · Install temporary screens and equipment as required (meetings, presentations, etc.). What We Seek: · Must have maintenance experience (electricity, plumbing, carpentry, etc.), preferably in hotels/apartments.
