We would like you to be someone accustomed to managing projects with a high level of planning, clearly results-oriented, who enjoys teamwork and possesses strong communication skills. Our ideal candidate is a technical engineer who will join our ***SGS Productivity by Leansis*** business line. ***Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:*** * Assessing and improving processes; implementing the LEAN Continuous Improvement System across various company departments and client organizations. * Developing projects, defining implementation plans, and managing their consolidation. * Driving business growth and identifying new opportunities. * Conducting Value Stream Mapping (VSM) analyses of industrial and administrative processes. * Delivering LEAN methodology training to client teams. **Requirements** **What profile are we looking for?** * A university degree, preferably in Engineering. * More than 5 years of experience implementing Lean Continuous Improvement methodologies in industrial environments and/or as Operations/Production/Logistics/Quality/Projects/Maintenance Manager in an industrial company with a high degree of Lean methodology implementation. * Experience in product development and project management using agile methodologies, as well as prior consulting experience, will be valued. * Six Sigma knowledge will be valued. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI. * English language proficiency at B2 level; additional languages such as French or German will also be valued. * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally. **Additional Information** **What will you find at SGS?** * We are a multinational leader in our sector, operating across virtually all industrial sectors. * SGS employees highly value our positive work environment. * We offer technical and soft-skills training to support continued professional growth. * We provide Flexible Compensation and special discounts for SGS employees. * We are a sustainable company actively engaged in addressing social issues.
