We are looking for a Backend Big Data Engineer (LRBA Profile) with solid software development experience and expertise in batch architectures to join a strategic project in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Big Data technologies, strong analytical skills, results orientation, and experience working in multidisciplinary teams within dynamic environments. ***What We Offer:*** Joining a stable, long-term project. 100% remote work model. Flexible schedule oriented toward work-life balance: Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Participation in innovative projects using cutting-edge technologies. A collaborative professional environment focused on technical quality and continuous improvement. **Requirements:** --------------- * Advanced English (minimum B2). * More than 3 years of software development experience. * Experience in designing and developing batch architectures. * Experience building evolutionary, corrective, and maintenance frameworks. * Experience in testing, validation, and documentation of solutions. * Experience working in multidisciplinary teams. * Availability for interventions, on-call duties, and 24x7 support. ***Education and Experience:*** * Technical education: Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent degree. * Proven experience developing with Java + Apache Spark. * Experience deploying on Kubernetes / OpenShift. ***Desirable Requirements:*** * Multi-language programming: Java (advanced), Python, Golang, Scala. * Advanced Kubernetes knowledge (Docker, service mesh, etc.). * Experience developing, deploying, and operating Apache Spark. * DevOps tools: Jenkins, Sonar, Git, ArgoCD. * Persistence technologies: AWS S3, Oracle, MongoDB, Elasticsearch. * Cloud environment experience is highly valued. ***Personal Skills:*** * Effective communication and coordination ability within multidisciplinary teams. * Autonomy, proactivity, and results orientation. * Ability to make informed and well-founded technical decisions. *At eXperience, we champion equal opportunities and diversity.* *Our commitment is to foster workplaces where people are treated with respect and dignity, promoting the professional development of all employees.
