Experience in industrial environments and BIM coordination **Description:** ---------------- At CT3 Ingeniería, we are looking for an MEP Modeler with experience in MEP system modeling to join industrial projects. **Responsibilities:** * MEP modeling in Revit for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and sanitation systems * Development and updating of BIM models * Coordination of MEP systems in multidisciplinary environments * Clash detection * Generation of drawings and technical documentation * Collaboration with the engineering team **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 4 years of experience in MEP modeling * Proficiency in Revit MEP (mandatory) * Experience in MEP installation projects * Experience in industrial environments (industrial warehouses, logistics platforms, data centers, or similar) * Knowledge of various MEP disciplines * Experience in BIM coordination
