Summary: This role supports infrastructure, operating systems, and server administration, providing end-user support and deploying security patches. Highlights: 1. Supports infrastructure, OS, and server administration 2. Provides end-user support and deploys security patches 3. Involves 24/7 on-call support and mission-critical projects * Supports the installation, configuration, operations, and maintenance of the company’s infrastructure. * Install, configure, and maintain operating systems that include but not limited to Apple OS X/iOS, Windows * Supports Windows server administration including Active Directory, File Services, Exchange, WSUS, Office 365, Google, etc. * Provides end user support as needed on all internal platforms. * Adheres to operational duties for network services, policies, procedures, and standards. * Deploy security and other pertinent system patches on a regular basis. * Provides periodic 24/7 on\-call support of the infrastructure, internal and applications. * Supports mission\-critical technology projects. * Cloud Certification Strongly Preferred
