We are looking for an **HSE Manager (Health, Safety \& Environment)** to collaborate with us on the **construction of a Renewable Fuels Complex in Huelva**. If you have experience managing safety, health, and environment on industrial projects, we want to meet you! **Your responsibilities:** * **Safety and Health Management:** * Implement, coordinate, and monitor the project's Safety and Health Plan. * Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with current regulations and Aldesa's internal standards. * Coordinate preventive activities with contractors and subcontractors. * Investigate incidents and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Promote a preventive culture and raise staff awareness regarding safety. * **Requirements:** * University degree in Engineering or related technical field. * Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (three specializations). * Minimum of **5 years** of experience in similar roles in industrial, energy, or oil \& gas projects. **What we offer:** * **Stability**: Employment contract in a pleasant and long-term work environment. * **Continuous training**: Training programs tailored to your role. * **Flexible compensation**: Transportation, meal allowance, medical insurance, and childcare.
