We are seeking a responsible, resourceful, and service-oriented **Receptionist** to join our team in **Málaga**. This role involves a **rotating schedule across our various buildings in the city**, so we are looking for a flexible individual eager to learn and deliver the best possible guest experience. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Welcome and assist guests, providing a warm and professional reception. * Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. * Handle guest requests or issues during their stay. * Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure apartments are kept in excellent condition. * Process payments, deposits, and documentation related to stays. **What we are looking for** * Previous experience in reception, customer service, or similar roles (preferably in hotels or tourist apartments). * Intermediate to advanced level of English (additional languages are a plus). * Organized, responsible individual with strong communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Positive and committed attitude. * Flexibility to move between different locations within Málaga city. **What we offer** * Stable contract and opportunities for career growth within the company. * Join a young, dynamic, and collaborative team. * Flexible compensation. * Initial training on Be Mate’s quality and service standards.
