Training Technician \- Training course "Kitchen Assistant" (Málaga) **Positions Available** ---------------------- 2 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental fields, seeks to hire 2 Training Technicians \- Training course "Kitchen Assistant" in Málaga **Work Location** -------------------- * Málaga **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Training project aimed at long-term unemployed individuals. * Course objectives: ingredient preparation, support tasks for the chef, use of tools, cooking techniques, and food safety and hygiene regulations. Kitchen and utensil cleaning and disinfection. Food preparation and cooking techniques. Space management and kitchen organization. * The course comprises 300 hours and is delivered in municipalities previously selected. You must develop a syllabus consistent with pre-established curriculum outlines. * Upon completion of the training activity, you must submit a report reflecting the objectives, content, and outcomes of the training, as well as the evaluation criteria established for successfully completing the training activity. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by undergoing assessment tests and/or attaching necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any time during the process, documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as requesting additional information from the CV whenever necessary to validate the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * You hold a Spanish Baccalaureate (BUP/COU), Vocational Training Level I (FPI) or Medium-Level Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM), Vocational Training Level II (FPII) or Higher-Level Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) (qualification recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities), or extensive professional experience relevant to the position (at least 6 months). ### **Prior Experience** * At least 6 months of teaching experience (If applicable, supporting documentation justifying such experience — e.g., Employment History Report and/or job description certificate — must be submitted). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Class B driver’s license and personal vehicle. **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Accredited training in catering and culinary arts (Such training must be documented upon submission of the application). ### **Prior Experience** * From 6 months up to 3 years of experience delivering training in cooking and catering. * From 6 months up to 3 years of experience in rural development training projects. * From 6 months up to 1 year of experience performing catering and kitchen-related duties. **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Temporary contract with an estimated duration of 3 months, linked to the execution of the assignment described in this announcement under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time schedule. + Willingness to travel.
