We are seeking a responsible, customer-oriented individual to manage customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our gaming salon, guaranteeing compliance with regulations and delivering an excellent experience for our customers. **Main responsibilities** * In-salon customer service, resolving inquiries with professional and friendly communication. * Access control and verification of legal requirements (age, identification, capacity limits). * Basic supervision of gaming machines and reporting of incidents. * Cash handling: collecting payments, giving change, and managing cash flow. * Monitoring regulatory compliance and responding appropriately to incidents. * Supporting opening, closing, and maintaining order and cleanliness of the premises. **Requirements** * Customer service experience (experience in gaming, hospitality, or retail is advantageous). * Strong communication skills and ability to manage conflicts. * Basic cash-handling skills and familiarity with computer tools. * Availability for rotating shifts (including weekends). **Preferred qualifications** * Training in customer service. * Observational skills and ability to detect risky behaviors. * Teamwork orientation and proactivity. **We offer** * Permanent contract and competitive salary. * Initial and ongoing training. * A professional environment focused on safety. * Opportunities for internal career growth.
