**Job Description** We need to hire a **Senior DevSecOps & Platform Engineer** specialized in the implementation, evolution, and maintenance of engineering and DevSecOps platforms. The professional will participate in developing and adapting **CI/CD/CS pipelines**, using **Jenkins as the primary orchestrator**, integrating quality, security, artifact management, and automated deployment capabilities. We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in complex enterprise environments, capable of working autonomously on the platform, resolving end-to-end technical incidents, and technically leading the evolution of the software delivery pipeline. This is a highly technical and operational role—not a managerial one. **Profile** **Key Skills** CI/CD/CS \-\> Jenkins, Jenkinsfile, Groovy, Shared Libraries, pipeline design and maintenance, quality/security gates **5\+ years** SCM \-\> Git, GitLab, branching strategies, Merge Requests, repository management **4\+ years** Platform Engineering \-\> Kubernetes, Rancher, OCP, microservices platform operations, advanced troubleshooting **4\+ years** GitOps & Deployment \-\> Helm, Argo CD, declarative deployments and environment promotion **3\+ years** Artifact Management \-\> Nexus, Harbor, dependency repositories, artifacts, and OCI images **3\+ years** Code Quality \-\> SonarQube, static analysis, quality metrics and Quality Gates **3\+ years** DevSecOps \-\> SAST, SCA, DAST, GitLeaks, Trivy, Syft, SBOM, OWASP ZAP **3\+ years** Secrets Management \-\> HashiCorp Vault/OpenBao and integration with CI/CD and Kubernetes **2\+ years** Containers \-\> Docker, Dockerfile, image building and hardening **4\+ years** Automation \-\> Bash, Ansible, PowerShell, Groovy, scripting and process automation **4\+ years** Observability \-\> Elastic Stack, Grafana, Prometheus **2\+ years** **Desirable Skills** * GitLab CI/CD. * Azure DevOps Pipelines. * GitHub Actions. * Canary and Blue/Green strategies. * Cloud Native and microservices architectures. **Main Responsibilities** * Implementation and maintenance of DevSecOps and Engineering platforms. * Development, adaptation, and optimization of CI/CD/CS pipelines in Jenkins. * Configuration and administration of Nexus, Harbor, SonarQube, Vault, Helm, and Argo CD. * Integration of security controls (SAST, SCA, DAST, image scanning, secret analysis, and SBOM generation). * Automation of build, compilation, publishing, and deployment processes. * Artifact management and promotion across DEV, PRE, and PROD environments. * Resolution of technical incidents in pipelines, deployments, and the Kubernetes platform. * Creation and maintenance of technical documentation related to the integration, build, and deployment pipeline. **About Inetum** *Inetum is a European leader in digital services.
