We are looking for a technical profile who also understands the business behind the code. At Green Code S\&S IT, we are seeking an SAP PM Technical Consultant to join an SAP S/4HANA implementation project for one of our established IBEX 35 clients. Your daily work will focus on the system: you will analyze incidents down to their root cause, read and interpret ABAP code to understand system behavior, and collaborate closely with developers to define and validate technical solutions. Understanding the functional rationale behind business processes will help you diagnose issues more effectively — however, your primary focus will remain technical. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Technical analysis of incidents to identify root causes * Reading and interpretation of ABAP code for diagnostics (no programming required) * Review of logs, traces, and system technical structures * Definition of technical specifications together with the development team * Technical testing and validation of developments prior to handover to business users * Support in technical migration and conversion activities to S/4HANA * Technical documentation of incidents, root causes, and applied solutions **What do we offer?** * 100% remote work, with no travel requirements (proximity to Bilbao or Madrid is a plus) * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–14:30 (winter schedule) / 08:00–15:00 (summer schedule) * Indefinite full-time employment contract * Stable project with an IBEX 35 client, offering continuous growth and career evolution opportunities * Training and mentoring provided by an experienced team specialized in this module * **Requirements:** --------------- * Initial technical knowledge of SAP environments (structures, transactions, customizing) * Ability to read and interpret ABAP code * Strong technical analytical and problem-solving skills * Interest in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects * Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting * Residence in Bilbao or surrounding areas, or alternatively in Madrid **Preferred qualifications:** * Functional understanding of maintenance processes (SAP PM) to better contextualize incidents * Prior experience — even brief — in SAP projects, especially within the industrial sector * Experience in SAP support and evolutionary maintenance * Specific training in SAP PM If you are motivated to dive deep into systems, resolve incidents at their root, and understand the business context behind them — all within a stable, international S/4HANA implementation project with full remote work — apply now!
