Job Summary: This role is for a Personal Coach who will accompany individuals aged 60 and over in the prevention of neurodegenerative diseases, combining personalized intervention with technology. DESCRIPTION **What would your role be?** As a Personal Coach, you will join an interdisciplinary team of social sector professionals (psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers, etc.) committed to **accompanying individuals aged 60 and over in the prevention of neurodegenerative diseases**, such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. Since **over 45%** of risk factors associated with these diseases are modifiable through **healthy habits and lifestyles**, your work will focus on empowering, guiding, and accompanying our clients throughout their improvement journey. To achieve this, you will combine personalized professional intervention with digital content and interactive technology, aiming to **reduce identified risks** and enhance their **quality of life**. During the first months, you will specialize in conducting initial health and cognitive assessments (using questionnaires and cognitive tests, sometimes administered in person) to determine eligibility for enrollment in the Prevention insurance product. REQUIREMENTS **Who are we looking for?** * You are a good person. * You are eager to grow professionally and make the world better—you care about what you do and the impact you create. * You hold a university degree in Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, Social Education, Nursing, or Physiotherapy. * Prior experience in the senior/dependency sector is valued. * Strong customer-facing / client-service experience and excellent interpersonal skills—including active listening, empathy, and persuasion—are highly valued. * Professionalism, rigor, and commitment to high-quality work. * Strong organizational capacity. * Native Catalan or C2 level. * Having your own vehicle is considered an asset. **Who are we?** We are a team of over **300 people in offices and 1,800 at home**, united by a shared mission.
