Their main **functions and areas of influence** will be as follows: ***Comprehensive Maintenance Plan*** * Ensure implementation of the Comprehensive Maintenance Plan to guarantee compliance with maintenance, risk prevention, and documentation management processes for store machinery and technical equipment. ***Store Maintenance*** * Prevent and resolve malfunctions affecting store facilities to ensure their proper operation, as well as customer and colleague safety and comfort. * Manage maintenance resources efficiently to optimize costs and reduce consumption. ***Occupational Risk Prevention*** * Guarantee compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention regulations regarding store facilities, machinery, and technical equipment. * Implement the preventive measures established by the company to eliminate or reduce workplace and facility-related risks. ***Cross-Functional Management*** * Manage and actively participate in cross-functional projects with other departments such as sales and services, ensuring timely achievement of assigned objectives. * Support other sections and departments to optimize collaborative work. **Demonstrable Requirements** Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
