We are looking for a Junior Process Optimization and Digitalization Engineer — a candidate with a solid academic background in engineering or Business Administration and Management (ADE), analytical thinking, and strong motivation to learn, contribute, and grow within the Processes Department. You will join a strategic team driving efficiency, digitalization, and continuous improvement across the entire organization. Your Mission You will support process optimization, automation, and digital transformation projects, participating in the analysis, design, and improvement of key processes. You will learn from expert professionals and have the opportunity to develop within a dynamic environment. Your Responsibilities Diagnosis and Analysis · Collaborate in analyzing current processes to identify areas for improvement. · Conduct data collection, process mapping, and prepare reports. Solution Design · Participate in defining optimized processes. · Propose innovative ideas based on simplicity, efficiency, and digitalization criteria. Implementation · Support the rollout of new tools and processes. · Accompany various teams during pilot phases, training, and follow-up. Measurement · Help establish KPIs and monitor achieved results. Technology Monitoring · Research emerging technologies, tools, and trends in automation and AI. Cross-functional Collaboration · Participate in interdepartmental meetings and collaborate with departments such as Operations, Systems, Sales, and Finance. What We Look for in You We seek individuals who stand out more for their talent, potential, and attitude than for their experience. Education: · Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Business Administration and Management (ADE). · Master’s degrees or specialized training in processes, digitalization, or data analytics will be viewed favorably. Experience: · Not mandatory, but valued. · Interest in continuous improvement, process consulting, or digital transformation. Skills: · Analytical ability and structured thinking. · Curiosity, initiative, and eagerness to learn. · Strong communication and teamwork skills. · Proficiency in digital and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, Visio, etc.). · Interest in automation and AI technologies. Languages: · Fluent Catalan and Spanish. · English proficiency is a plus.
