Extensive experience with metaheuristic optimization techniques (e.g., genetic algorithms, PSO, SA). Proven ability to translate complex mathematical problems into applicable optimization algorithms. Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit\-learn, SciPy), as well as optimization-focused libraries such as PuLP, Pyomo, and metaheuristic frameworks like Mealpy, DEAP, and Optuna. Solid knowledge of business rule modeling and constraint programming.
