At **Opera Severitas**, we are looking for a new teammate for our Studies team, with proven experience in building construction and the ability to contribute sound judgment, rigor, and a holistic vision during the project study phase. We seek a self-motivated professional with strong technical competence and a focus on the real-world feasibility of construction works, accustomed to collaborating closely with Production and Management teams. **Job Mission** Lead and develop technical and economic studies for building construction projects, ensuring budgets that are realistic, competitive, and aligned with the company’s strategy. **Responsibilities** * In-depth technical analysis of building construction projects (residential, commercial, or others). * Full preparation of measurements and budgets, applying both constructive and economic criteria. * Definition of viable and optimized construction solutions. * Requesting, analyzing, and negotiating technical proposals from suppliers and subcontractors. * Preparation of technical and economic documentation for private tenders. * Technical liaison with Management, Production, and, where applicable, clients or Design Firms. * Technical support prior to project commencement and orderly handover to the execution team. **Required Profile** * Technical qualification: Building Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Foundations, or equivalent. * Solid experience (minimum 5 years) as a Studies Technician in a building construction company. * Advanced proficiency in **Presto**, Excel, and cost analysis. * Strong ability to read and interpret project documentation. * Practical approach, sound construction judgment, and reliability in delivering results. * Ability to work independently and take responsibility. **What We Offer** * Flexibility and autonomy to work by objectives. * Recognition and celebration of your achievements. * A close-knit and respectful work environment. * Diverse projects, with growth opportunities aligned with your ambitions. **Are You Interested in This Challenge?** Apply to this position or send your application to: seleccion@operaseveritas.com Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Contract Benefits: * Professional development support * Flexible working hours * Reduced working hours on Fridays * Company-provided laptop * Company-provided mobile phone Work Location: On-site employment
