We are looking for a professional profile who is organized, capable of teamwork, and focused on the overall well-being of the residents. * **Main responsibilities** * The selected candidate will perform the following duties, among others: * Development, monitoring, and evaluation of the **individualized plans** for each resident, as well as the **group planning** for the facility. * Implementation and assessment of program activities specific to the **cognitive, behavioral, and emotional areas**, through **individual and group interventions**. * Preparation of necessary **assessments, technical reports, and documentation** throughout the psychological intervention process. * Processing **referral proposals** to other professionals or services when needed. * Close coordination and collaboration with the **multidisciplinary team and caregiving staff** at the residence. * Training, guidance, and support for **family members**, residents, and center staff. * Psychological advice and specialized training for **other professionals** at the center when required. * **Requirements** * Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in **Psychology**. * Active professional registration (or commitment to obtain it). * Previous experience in residential settings, working with elderly individuals or functional diversity will be valued. * Competencies: empathy, teamwork, communication, planning, and technical intervention skills. * **We offer** * **Permanent contract**. * **Full-time hours**. * Integration into a committed multidisciplinary team with a positive work environment. * Opportunities for continuous training and professional development.
