CBRE\-GWS, a company specializing in facility management and maintenance, is seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Technician. The purpose of this position is to perform corrective and preventive maintenance according to the scheduled plan. What are we looking for in you? Vocational training qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Three years’ experience performing the same role. Basic user-level office software proficiency. Knowledge of integrated maintenance management software. **Your main responsibilities will be:** Daily inspection of facilities Maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of electrical faults. Incident management via GMAO system Execution of the preventive maintenance plan for facilities Supervision of maintenance activities performed by subcontracted providers. Channeling suggestions, incidents, and day-to-day coordination with the maintenance services under your responsibility. Review of equipment and components. Interpretation of refrigeration and electrical schematics. Performing minor repairs (locksmithing, plumbing, etc.). ⭐ What do we offer?
