Description
Electromechanical maintenance during weekend and holiday shifts at an industrial plant in the chemical-pharmaceutical sector, within a highly demanding technical and regulatory environment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational readiness and safety of all facilities and machinery, preventing and resolving incidents that could affect the continuity of production processes.
Responsibilities include performing scheduled maintenance routines and responding immediately to technical failures, with comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems. Work is carried out on a specific shift covering weekends and holidays, requiring high accountability to maintain plant operations during these periods.
The objective is to minimize unplanned downtime, improve equipment efficiency, and strictly comply with quality protocols, industrial safety standards, and sector-specific regulations. We seek a technically proficient, methodical, solution-oriented candidate capable of working effectively in a team. The contract is temporary and part-time.
A medium- or higher-level vocational training qualification (Formación Profesional) in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, or related technical fields is required. Solid knowledge of mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automated systems—including basic PLC operation—is essential. Any prior experience, however brief, in industrial maintenance or similar manufacturing environments will be positively considered.
