Collaboration in system hardening and incident resolution We require a cybersecurity professional based in Zaragoza, initially focused on monitoring and support tasks. The role involves observing and supervising security systems, assisting in incident resolution, and analyzing various alerts. You will also collaborate on system hardening to ensure configurations comply with security standards. Documenting procedures and technical guidelines will be an important part of the role to support operational efficiency. Professional development is growth-oriented, with progression toward roles such as SOC Analyst or specialization in EDR/XDR technologies, and even Junior Security Engineer. Mid-term, opportunities will open to engage in proactive threat detection. The contract will be temporary and full-time. A Higher Vocational Training Cycle (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) in Information Technology is required, along with knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls), and security (EDR, SIEM, logs, phishing, hardening). Prior experience of at least one year is preferred, as well as familiarity with tools such as Wireshark, Nmap, and cloud environments. One year of experience. Medium-level Vocational Training (FP de Grado Medio), Higher-level Vocational Training (FP de Grado Superior), or a Higher Vocational Training Cycle (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) in Information Technology, with a specialization in Cybersecurity. Basic-level knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls). Familiarity with security concepts (EDR, SIEM, logs, phishing, hardening). Tools such as Wireshark and Nmap, as well as cloud knowledge (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), are valued. English proficiency at B2 level, sufficient for reading technical documentation, following guides, and basic interaction in technical environments.
