Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring companies' systems remain operational. Responsibilities include direct user and company support, equipment and system installation and configuration, resolution of hardware and software incidents, and support for basic IT networks and systems. Customer service and documentation of interventions are also required. Candidates must hold a medium or higher vocational training qualification in IT. Prior experience in similar roles, as well as knowledge of sales and cybersecurity, will be valued. This is a temporary part-time position.
