We are looking for a Team Leader to coordinate a security service at an industrial facility located in Zaragoza. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of services by security guards, guaranteeing compliance with all established procedures. Main responsibilities include direct communication with the client to understand their needs and convey them to the team. You will also need to promptly and efficiently resolve any incidents that arise. Additionally, you will supervise and motivate a team of approximately 6 security guards per shift, coordinating access control tasks, security patrols, and the operation of video surveillance systems. It is important to ensure staff adherence to security protocols and maintain a professional image. Ongoing training sessions will be conducted to keep the team updated on facility procedures. We offer a stable position with fixed working hours from 07:00 to 15:00 and compensation in line with the industry's collective agreement, supplemented by additional bonuses.
