Facility maintenance and regulatory documentation We are seeking personnel for comprehensive maintenance of a hotel located in the La Almozara neighborhood of Zaragoza. A minimum of 2 years' experience in building maintenance is essential. Prior training or experience in plumbing, carpentry, masonry, air conditioning systems, or electricity will be considered a strong advantage. Tasks include inspection of various installations (electrical, heating, air conditioning), management of minor defects, and maintenance of regulatory documentation. The role also involves coordinating different trade unions, preparing incident reports, and supervising compliance with safety regulations. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night hours, and salary in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
