




We are seeking a professional to comprehensively manage the administrative department. Main responsibilities will include full accounting tasks, covering invoicing, its issuance and follow-up, as well as managing collections and payments, including treasury operations and monitoring potential defaults. Additionally, it will be essential to produce detailed monthly economic reports analyzing expenses, revenues, margins, and overall profitability. The candidate will also be responsible for budgetary control, identifying and analyzing any deviations, and conducting monthly and annual operating account analyses to ensure comprehensive financial oversight. A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in similar roles with the described functions. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, analytical formulas, and dashboard creation, is mandatory. Advanced knowledge of accounting software such as Holded, and experience with ERP or CRM systems, both in configuration and usage for project management, will be highly valued. Possession of a valid driver's license will be considered an advantage. This is a part-time, permanent position with approximate working hours from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, located in Zaragoza, offering flexible scheduling.
