




The main responsibilities of the position include essential accounting tasks such as accurately recording accounting entries, efficiently managing both issued and received invoices, and resolving any administrative questions that may arise on a daily basis. Additionally, effective coordination with other departments within the agency is required to ensure optimal workflow. To qualify for this position, at least three years of demonstrable experience in a similar role are required. Professional training or professional certification in the field of Administration and Management is essential. Proficiency in office software and accounting programs is also crucial. A temporary initial contract of three months is offered, with the possibility of becoming permanent depending on performance. The working schedule is full-time, from Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 16:30 or 10:30 to 19:00 two days per week, and on Fridays from 08:00 to 15:00. The workplace is located in Zaragoza, and working conditions are governed by the administrative management collective agreement.
